The application is not binding and does not guarantee exhibit space until accepted and payment is completed.

Space is LIMITED so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Electronic Payments will be made via PayPal after your application is accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
50% refund if cancelled by June 15th.
No refunds will be issued after June 16th.

Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for table covering, exhibit materials, booth staffing, and booth decorations.
